Picking out the parts of a Picture

It will be said more than once this semester with the Remote Sensing class and especially by me. A picture is worth more than a 1000 words.   Pictures have more parts than just the features they intend to depict.   This class will be an interesting one learning about pictures made from above.

Our first assignment is to identify features.  Here are the first two exercises.  The maps title tells all.
